Japanese Yoga

  • A dynamic, therapeutic and seasonal practice interweaving Meridien yoga therapy, traditional yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and traditional Oriental medicine and dietary advice.

Yin yoga

A soothing, and meditative style of yoga working deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses – a beautiful compliment to the more yang, dynamic morning classes.

  • Focus is on the deep connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia, and ligaments in the body – with the aim of increasing circulation and improving flexibility. Beach Yoga

Yoga ON the beach. A seasonal practice connecting with the land we live on, the air, the sea, our sun, the trees and all the spaces in between.

  • If you have an existing condition of imbalance (ie. Physical, structural, hormonal, mental, emotional, spiritual), if the above times don’t suit your schedule, you are new to the practice – private sessions will offer you specific remedial moves targeted toward your needs and for your own home practice. These sessions can be powerful tools of change for those wanting to create the evolution in their health and lives. Corrective yoga therapy, breathwork, lifestyle and food therapy are all possible ingredients of these very particular individualized sessions. These sessions can be offered to the individual, couple or family.
